Delete your Tracks account
Tracks is a UK train journey planner, developed by Kartar Jabanda. You can delete your account and the data that goes with it at any time.
To delete some of your data but keep your account, see Delete your Tracks data.
In the app
Settings then Delete account
- Open Tracks and tap Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
If you’ve already removed Tracks, email us to ask for your account to be deleted.
Email a deletion requestSend it from the email address you use with Tracks. If you signed in with Apple or Google, include the email address on that account. If you chose Hide My Email with Apple, that’s the address ending in privaterelay.appleid.com.
If you never added an email address, Apple or Google sign-in, your account can’t be matched to a request, so delete it from the app instead.
We’ll delete your account within 30 days of receiving your request.
What gets deleted
- Your account, including your email address, name and Apple or Google sign-in
- Your tracked journeys and your past journeys
- The journeys you’ve muted
- Your notification tokens, and the record of notifications we’ve sent you
- Our copy of your Tracks Pro status
This can’t be undone.
What’s kept
- Purchase records. If you bought Tracks Pro, Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep records of the purchase for as long as they need to for accounting and tax.
- Crash reports and server logs. These are identified only by your account ID or a scrambled form of it, and are deleted automatically when they expire. See the privacy policy.
Subscriptions
